Andrew James Wiggan, Director of Payments, Spotify
Andy is currently heading up the subscription platform team at Spotify making sure that any of our users with and intent to buy can do so across all markets in all context. This role plays heavily on a healthy mix of business domain knowledge in e-commerce and payments together with operational and product know-how. Andy picked up the latter with his background in engineering straight from university, and the former in a sales role at Neteller, a popular online global wallet. And has grown the team from2 people to around 40 people during his tenure. Andy also has experience in retail and consulting, but admits that as a relatively junior director, he has grown very quickly during his 6 years at Spotify where he really cut his teeth!

Amos Kater, Director Professional Services EMEA/LA, UL
Amos Kater is the Practice Leader Advisory Services at UL Transaction Security Division and a leading authority in the field of HCE and NFC. Amos has been with UL since 2011 and prior to this, he worked at KPN for 15 years, mainly in strategic and innovative roles as a telecom professional. Amos has been in charge of major TSM/NFC implementation projects around the world. Together with a team of highly educated people he is leading companies through the implementation process of TSM/NFC technology. With his expertise in mobile payments and converging markets he leads the project from the very first knowledge workshop to the end implementation stage. As a key industry knowledge speaker, Amos has inspired numerous audiences on the latest mobile developments including solutions regarding HCE, NFC, TSM and mobile wallets. With his work experience, Amos has been able to lead successful projects and to build up a large network in the mobile and payments industry worldwide.

Chris Harris, Director of Sales & Marketing, Ingenico Northern Europe
Chris Harris is the Director of Sales & Marketing for Ingenico Northern Europe. Prior to joining Ingenico Group he was Chief Commercial Officer at RS2 SOFTWARE P.L.C. whose payment processing software and services are used by leading international banks and payment processors. Over the past decade he has held executive roles and been instrumental in developing online and mobile payments for a range of companies including SECPay (sold to PayPoint in 2007), DataCash (acquired by Mastercard in 2010) and most recently Barclay’s where he was Head of Strategic Development responsible for their e-Commerce platform replacement.

Christian von Hammel-Bonten, Executive Vice President Telecommunication, Wirecard AG
Christian von Hammel-Bonten has almost a decade of experience in the online payment industry. From 2002 until 2009 he was responsible for Project Management with Munich-based Wirecard AG, one of the leading international providers of electronic payment and risk management Before returning to Wirecard in October 2011 Christian worked as Senior VP of Product Management for Clickandbuy, a company of Deutsche Telekom. In his current role with Wirecard as Executive Vice President he is responsible for the Telecommunication sector.

Jesper Domargård, Digital Product & Marketing, Visa
Jesper Domargård is working as a Senior Manager within Digital Product & Marketing at Visa. He has been with Visa for 4 years, and was working as a Key Account Manger prior to joining the Digital Development function. The purpose of Jesper’s role with Visa is to optimise Visa’s position within the future payment landscape in the Nordics and Baltics. Prior to working for Visa, Jesper was working as a Sales Manager for the iPSP Digital River World Payments. Jesper has also held various positions outside the payment industry, and started his career within the finance function of Airbus in Toulouse.

Johan Dalnert, CMO, BehavioSec
Johan Dalnert is CMO at BehavioSec, who turns your behaviour into a security layer. Prior to joining BehavioSec he has been driving go-to-market strategies and operations from smaller entrepreneurial IAM experts Nordic Edge to IT security leaders Intel Security. Johan holds a Master of Science in Sociotechnical Systems Engineering from Uppsala University, Sweden.

Jens Johan Schwarzer, VP of Strategy, Unwire
Jens Johan is the VP of Strategy at Unwire and he is currently leading Unwire’s innovation efforts. He joined Unwire 6 years ago and had before that a strong track record delivering services for the financial sector, covering all Nordic regions. Prior to this, Jens Johan has worked as a science journalist and he also has worked in banking.

Rémy has lead several Mobile Financial initiatives for Gemalto in Europe, Asia and the United States of America. In 2009, Rémy was in charge Gemalto Global Services, delivering projects securing account based as well as card based payment transactions. Since 2012, Rémy is director of Solution Sales for customers in the Nordics : Telecom Operators, Handset Makers, Banks, Bank Processors and Domestic Schemes.

Nick Dryden, CEO, Sthaler
Nick has worked at the forefront of new multimedia and transmedia technologies for the past twenty years. He has recently expanded from music industry technologies, creating social platforms to group fans and permission-based predictive marketing strategies into federated platforms capable of much greater business intelligence for retail clients with integrated payments tech to engage and commercialise ‘connected’ audiences.

In 2012 he formed the company Sthaler (the original name for the US Dollar and the $ symbol) to work with Hitachi to build, test and deliver a pay-by-finger system which solved all the problems and vulnerabilities that existed in the current payments system. Sthaler is a UK based technology business that has jointly developed Fingopay in conjunction with Hitachi. Fingopay uses a unique finger vein ID process which is considered to be more secure than finger print readers and faster than chip and pin operations. The technology is widely adopted in Japan and it is Sthaler’s aim to commercialise the technology in the area of payments globally.

In his spare time Nick coaches rugby, is a qualified referee with the Welsh RFU and sails with his wife and kids in Anglesey.

Jens Bader, Chief Commercial Officer, Secure Trading
As Chief Commercial Officer at Secure Trading, Jens is responsible for the global payment management company’s overall strategy. He provides creative, dynamic leadership across all sales and marketing activity and ultimately ensures that the thousands of Secure Trading merchants internationally can manage their online transactions smoothly and securely. A true payments industry veteran, Jens has worked for both global service providers like Optimal Payments, First Data and Global Collect, and fast-growth startups, giving him a multi-faceted view of the sector and an agile but thorough approach. Directly prior to joining Secure Trading, Jens held the position of Chief Commercial Officer at the paysafecard Group, managing thousands of commercial relationships with clients including Amazon, Microsoft, Walt Disney and Facebook. His enthusiasm for the payments world is not confined to the office; Jens also owns and manages the largest prepaid community on LinkedIn and is a Council Member for GLG Advisory, providing consultancy to private equity and management consulting companies regarding the online payments space as well as being Chairman to the Mobile Money & Wallet Summit. He is a prolific speaker on payments, innovation and fraud-related topics worldwide. Jens holds a degree in International Business Management from the University of Applied Science in Reutlingen and spends his time professionally between London and Vienna with frequent worldwide travel.

Michel-Ange Camhi is a long time (2004) expert of NFC, now a Senior Business Developer at Worldline, in charge of mobile payment and wallets, after 8 years of experience in R&D management around Mobility, NFC, Internet of Things and Artificial Intelligence, and previous experience as a systems engineer. Michel-Ange holds an engineering degree from Ecole Centrale de Lille in automatic control and computer science.

Matt Jerwood, Head of Digital Fundraising, Oxfam GB. Matt has 15 years of experience in digital product development, business development and marketing. In the past Matt has worked with a range of media, travel and third sector organisations; such as Global Radio (Heart FM and Capital), Black Tomato, ITV.com; as director of business development at WAYN.com (Where Are You Now, social network, 15m+ members); head of mobile at Dennis Publishing (Maxim, Auto Express, Viz, The Week); and head of multi channels atlastminute.com. More recently at Oxfam, Matt has been involved in launching digital fundraising initiatives such as SMS regular giving, an Oxjam Facebook competition app, branded peer-to-peer fundraising, and re-launched the online regular giving product.

Christian Lundén, Head of Future Business in Technology, Nordic Choice
christianlundenChristian works as a strategic advisor and responsible to introduce new technologies and solutions for the areas of both guests and employees for all Nordic Choice 180 hotels. Involved during incubation and concept phase of new projects, hotel concepts and generational changes in existing products. Coming from ten years in hotel operation at many different hotels, I start working at Nordic Choice Hotels as Product Manager for the MS Dynamics Nav platform (PMS, POS, SPA, RMS, Accounting…). Later I got the responsibility for new technology and innovation in Nordic Choice Hotels. Running projects such as fully automated self-service with mobile check-in/out and mobile keys and the world’s first NFC project to open hotels room doors with a mobile phone.Have also been leading several projects with mobile solutions for staff/guests and in room technology.

gunillagarpasGunilla Garpås has a long background in Nordea and is currently working in the team Mobile and Emerging Payments which is responsible for developing mobile solutions for the customers in Nordea. Gunilla has followed the development of mobile payments since 2007 and has been part of the M-Channel WG in The Swedish Banker’s Associations and the Remote Payments Task Force in Mobey Forum. She has been with Swish since the work began in 2009 and is dividing her working hours between Nordea and Getswish AB.
