Tommy Ståhl is currently working for Digital Inn, Swedens largest Apple Premium Reseller with a revenue of 500M SEK as CIO and head of the Consulting Unit. He continualy works with the organisation to increase the benefit of IT and to capitalize on the growing mobile precense. Digital Inn as a reseller has been promoting mobile devices since Apple introduced the iPhone in Sweden in 2008. As well as selling and developing for the mobile market Digital Inn since earlier this year uses the information from physical devices entering their stores to analyze customer flow, marketing campaign efficiancy and direct staffing in stores.
Bjørn Skjelbred, Head of Strategy, Valyou
Bjørn Skjelbred is responsible for strategy and business development in Valyou. Before the company was established in 2014, he was the project manager for the Valyou from the start. Before Valyou, Bjørn worked for DNB, the leading Norwegian bank, for 18 years holding different management positions within payments and IT.
Pieter Poorthusis, Senior Sales Engineer, Bitpay
Pieter Poorthuis is Senior Sales Engineer at BitPay Amsterdam. Pieter is responsible for sales and implementation for BitPay’s European merchants and Payment Service Providers. Before that Pieter worked eight years for banks and Payment Service Providers, specialising on mobile payment implementation for retail environments. His latest role was leading an interbanking committee for ‘Mobile Payments Netherlands’.
Claire Maslen, Senior Manager, Financial Services, GSMA
Claire joined the GSMA in 2014 with responsibility for building relationships between the mobile technology and financial services industries. Her role is to help develop and foster collaboration in the development of mobile payment services. Previous to the GSMA, Claire was the Senior Market Development Manager working across the O2 Money team responsible for market development in the UK, ensuring O2 retained share of voice and a thought leadership position on m-commerce and NFC.
Sirpa Nordlund, Executive Director, Mobey Forum
Sirpa Nordlund is executive director of the Mobey Forum, which is a global industry organization empowering banks to lead in mobile money. The members include banks such as HSBC, ING, and Royal Bank of Scotland and software firms such as Monitise, Oberthur, Fiserv and SAP. Sirpa spent 13 years at telecom and finance industry before joining Mobey Forum. During 10 years at Nokia she had several positions in sales, strategy, business development and finance at Nokia before departing for a senior position at Venyon, a subsidiary of Giesecke & Devrient which provided trusted mobile services for financial institutions.

Neil was also an Associate Member of a key business consultancy firm ‘The Business Performance Consultancy Group’ and has held senior positions in VISA and ‘The International Investor’ amongst others.

Björn Segendorf, Adviser, Ph.D, Sveriges riksbank, Division for Financial Infrastructure, Financial Stability Department
Björn Segendorf is adviser and researcher at the Financial Stability Department at Sveriges Riksbank. Main areas of expertise are retail payments, financial infrastructure and related policy areas. He represents the Riksbank at the Payment and Settlement System Committee in the ESCB and he has also been a member of the BIS/CPMI (formerly CPSS) working groups on retail payments. The two latest CPMI reports in retail payments are on innovation in retail payments and the increasing role of non-banks in retail payments. The research has focused on the cost of payments and the use of payment instruments. Björn has a Ph.D in economics for the Stockholm School of Economics (1998).

Michel-Ange holds an engineering degree from Ecole Centrale de Lille in automatic control and computer science.
Claudio Simatovic, CEO, Retain24
Claudio currently holds a position as CEO at Retain24, the leading Nordic Gift Card provider that he co-founded in 2005. Retain24 offers a full service concept for electronic gift cards. In 2010 Claudio also co-founded PRESEND.COM, the leading Nordic-Baltic prepaid program manager. Claudio has an entrepreneurial background that, amongst other things, includes co-founding of ShopTalk In Store Advertising, a company that was first to launch cart advertising as a media channel on the Nordic market. The company was acquired by Clear Channel, a global media company with a broad range of media programs in 67 countries.
